Core Primary Care Membership

Ages 1–18 years

For families who want a pediatrician who knows their child and provides consistent, attentive care.

  • School forms & routine vaccinations

  • 6 telehealth visits per year

  • Sick & urgent care

  • Chronic condition care (via telehealth)

  • Medication management

  • Sibling Discount: 30% Off each additional child

Concierge Elite-Access Upgrade

For Core Primary Care members (Ages 1–18)

For families who want expanded access and availability — white-glove service.

What this adds:

  • Direct phone & text access to your pediatrician

  • In-home visits included

  • Extended hours & weekend access

  • Priority sick, urgent & chronic care

  • HSA Eligible: No

Baby Year Concierge Membership

Newborn–12 months

Our premium membership for new parents, offering elite access, reassurance, and support.

  • All recommended in-home baby well visits
    (Newborn, 1m, 2m, 4m, 6m, 9m & 12m)
  • Vaccines & daycare forms
  • Developmental & weight checks

  • Direct phone & text access to your pediatrician

  • In-home visits for sick or urgent care

Pay-per-Visit Services

Available for families seeking care without a membership.

Telehealth, sick and urgent visits for ages 3–18 years, in-home visits available if needed, access to testing, labs, imaging, prescriptions, referrals, and minor procedures.

  • Home Visit: Telehealth + $150
